YET ANOTHER SMART CITY

This speculative design project was an intervention with the rapid yet problematic trend of proliferation of smart cities across India. We made a proposal for generic smart city that would be more mixed, open and work better with the ecology of the agrarian settlements it was replacing. The idea through this was to propose a set of baseline principles that could be adapted to local specificities.
